A 2023 video follows publisher Gerhard Steidl as he travels to visit Robert Adams at his home and delivers four of his recently reissued books. Adams and his wife Kerstin talk with editor Joshua Chuang about revisiting the books. Along the way, Adams talks about how he began taking pictures, and what photography has meant to him. He recalls, “With a camera in my hand I suddenly had an excuse to walk miles and miles and I discovered a sense of quiet and space and above all light.”
